Mother/Daughter Package
What is the purpose? To allow mothers & daughters to discuss and nurture their relationship and break down barriers that often arise when that preteen and/or teenager begins to experience growing pains.
N.I.A also allows adult daughters to reconnect with their mothers and address issues in a nurturing environment.

To allow you to process, breathe and find purpose on your personal journey in a therapeutic environment that provides confidential, unconditional acceptance.

Free your Mind Friday’s are for girls ages 13 & up, poetry, refreshments and fun, every 1st Friday of the month, from 7:00-10:30pm. Girls from all over, come together and share their feelings, and free their minds. www.sistakeeper.com
